you can always complain to the hospital about nurse's error and attitude. but there is nothing wrong when they called security when you behave overexcited. actually, they call secrurity quite frequently, since people likely have extrem behavior in the stress condition. There is nothing wrong that they called sss hospital and let them know you're coming for what kind of test. anyway, i think there is no point to sue the hospital( you can't sue the nurse) if there is no damage done. so, just relax.
