If the other driver is liable, you do not need to pay back the medical expenses to the healthcare provider or auto underwriter after your injury case settled; while with your normal medical insurance, they will put lien on your case and you have to pay them back though the bills can be compromised.
不太明白你的意思, 你是說,要是別人的錯,即使對方的保險給了我錢, 我也不用先還給我的醫保.(因為它們以經付了我的帳單),醫保會建立我的債務讓我還? 這太麻煩了.
要是我理解得不對請解釋一下.
