For any men out there, you basically have no

rights in USA, as long as a wife calls 911 accusing domestic violence, even though there are no visible injuries. All she needs is that there is threat for domestic violence.

Then before you know it, it's District Attorney against you. Just keep in mind DA loves to prosecute domestic violence cases so DA won't drop them easily. The American legal system is built to favor guilty plea. Once you plead guilty, there is a criminal record that would affect your immigration, job search, or anything that may be important in your life. So never plead guilty, ask for a jury trial, even though it cost more money.

It's an understatement to say that women have too much power in this country, because the whole legal system is behind it.

So 911 call is the easiest way to ruin a marriage. It's beyond your imagination how police will treat your hu*****and, the domestic violence criminal in their eyes.
