請教一個合同的問題

我找了一家trading firm. 需要交押金, 他們傳給我的合同草稿中押金用的是security deposit. 現在， 他們又傳給我的合同正式版中押金用的是capital contribution. security deposit 和 capital contribution 在法律上有什麽不同?
合同中有一句話， 是： "Upon termination of this Agreement, all Net Trading Profits and/or any 'Capital contribution' against any losses Balance, net of any Losses, Loss Loans, or Excess Amounts, and/or any other costs, fees or amounts owed by you to the Company, will be paid out to you as soon as practicable."
這樣的合同，我退出時能把押金要回來嗎？
