我在ebay的網上商店買了一瓶維生素,收到才發現過期了,06/07的有效期

當時他的介紹中確實說了是06/07,但是在這個posting後麵在2007年10月他又補充了一些其他內容,所以我當時認為他沒有更新他的廣告說明而已. 現在很生氣,他更生氣,認為完全郵寄了他所說明的貨品.

不知道在美國賣過期藥品是不是違法?
