能告醫院醫生嗎? 怎麽告呢?

家中有親人去世,我們懷疑部分原因是醫生的失職,希望有經驗的人可以幫助分析一下.要個說法.醫生一麵之詞實在是沒辦法讓我們信服.我們不懂醫,也不了解美國醫院的程序,不過有些實在覺得說不清楚的環節我們也希望能找個公證的人來解釋清楚.不知道如何處理.應該找個律師嗎? 機率大不大無所謂,就是想要個說法,也希望能引起醫院的重視.不要讓悲劇發生在別人家中.

有朋友說我們應該找醫生談談,然後再找律師幫助分析.我們實在是不知道如何處理, 請大家幫助.如何辦, 如何找什麽樣的律師. 謝謝.
