用Time Warner的cable下載電影會否有問題？
請教大家一下。
住在校外。用的是Time Warner的cable, 下載電影等東東會否被電影公司抓住？
我知道有朋友住在校內，固定IP地址的就給抓住了，差點被電影協會起訴。。。
