The fact is the policeman who write the summon did not see the condition, some other policeman called him here.
我的情況是開罰單簽名的那個警察根本就沒有看見，至少有2-3個人可以作證這一點，另外一個警察叫他從遠處過來，他就過來開了罰單並簽名
罰單上明確寫著“我本人看到了發生的情況，否則我會被控告違反Class A dismeaner"等
那如果那2-3個人不來法庭，我打算叫他們寫一個聲明可以嗎，有沒有要注意的？

我主要是聽說在法庭上很難有自己講話的機會，法官就直接判社區勞動等
