Thank you very much, Old Cat.
She has a valid passport of China. However I was worried that she lost her legal status. Will she be send back to China if it is found out that she stays USA illegally? casinoeye mentioned that it could be a serious problem.She plans to go back China in a few months. Will she be put in jail or fined if the airport checkpoint found it?
