She is in China when this happened. The grandma is helpless anyway.

The kid and the grandma were on the air-craft. The grandma has no control to restrain the kid. As result, the kid was removed from the aircraft.

Other side argument is if there is another way to keep kid calm for example medication etc. Air crew is not certified to give medication. Too much civil liability involved. I think remove the kid is a more polite way to handle it. Or we have to put a mechanical restrain on the kids for at least 12 hours.

Big cat is right. Captain of the air craft or boat has the final authority and he excise the authority. Plus it happened in LAX, and US laws are apply.

She is a half decent actress and starting fuzz like this is not wise at all.
