1. Which state are you in?
2. Is there a specific section regarding the termination of the lease? or after the contract expires?
3. Why you want to move out before the lease expires?
4. If the contract ends June 28th, 2008. Generally, you should pay up to the date.
$635X11Month+$305=$7292 That is total of 12 month (actually 11+ months of rent) I dont think you over paid anything.
You signed a 12+ contract and the total number is for 11+ months. If the lease is correct, your contract expires on the May 31, 2008. I think this is a mistake in the contract.
