1) Even in community property states, the gift money (from parents, friends and etc.) and inheritance belong to the receiver only, i.e., not community property. Working income is community property.

2) If your hu*****and does not have affair currently, considering have a 5months old baby, you guys should go for marriage consoling. Lots of women want divorce or are depressed after giving birth; not necessarily your hu*****and's fault. School normally provide consoling service or at least information regarding this.
