關於Dishnetwork合同

去年10月簽了18個月的合同。簽合同前dish發了一個$100的rebate form。說會在收到rebate申請後8-10周開始分10個月返還$100。2月份打電話詢問情況，他們說1月14日收到了申請，在處理中。3月份打電話，說4月開始返還，4月份打電話，說5月開始返還，5月份打電話..............。本月初打電話又說下月開始。到現在為止8個月，沒有拿到1分錢的rebate。請問這種狀況是否算他們違約，我能不能提前終止18個月的合同？ 覺得這個公司太無賴了。
