My parents want to apply for Medicaid...

My parents want to apply for Medicaid, since they only have $600 a month from the government and no other incomes. They have a house and a car. But when I bought my house in a different state, I put my father's name on the deed, as some kind of security measure. Now I regret it because having 2 houses will disqualify them from getting Medicaid. I paid for the 2nd house and live in the house by my self.

So my question is, in order for my parents to qualify for Medicaid, do I have to delete my father's name from the deed or just put him as the second person on the deed? Thanks.
