Check the employee hand book regarding the sexual harassment. Big company HR department has very specific procedures regarding the situation:

This is a general procedure:

1. You need make them know that their action is not welcome. If he stopped then it is over.

2. If not, You need make the immediate supervisor know about the incident.

3. If the immediate supervisor is involved, then bring to HR.

4. If HR can not stop, then bring outside legal assistance.

Follow specific chain of command will not jeopardize her job. Make sure the complaints are in writing.
