Call TXDOT(Texas Department of Transportation)/MVD (Motor Vehicle division) for the consumer complain of the dealer:

It is called Texas lemon law which protect Consumer who buy vehicle from the dealer.

In the second section of the first column titled Texas Lemon Law with the following subcategory:

* Complaint Process
* Statutes and Rules
* Audio and Video
* Additional Information
