Hi, MDGG, Thanks for the expert advice. Couple more things -- I definitely would want to pursue this.

Would it be appropriate to bring this up to the hospital directly or shall I hire a medical malpractice doctor?

What kind of expert witness shall we arrange for the case? The evidence is the origianl CT and our new x-ray, as well as Dr. dismissal paper.

And also since my mother did not have insurance, the ER expenses are covered by charity care which is a state program in NJ. Does this affect the liability situation?
