Sorry i'm not sure about whether NC is no-fault state or not, ask your insurance company. if it is not, do you have Medical Payment Coverage (C on your policy), which should cover your medical bill? or you may go to the other insurance company for coverage.even your own insurance's no fault pay your medical bill, they still can go to at-fault party's insurance to get the money back upon individual situation.
