stop sign 未停，被警察MM 罰單200大洋，求助！

今天倒黴，傍晚外出Grocery Shopping， 歸途中stop sign 未停，誰知正被後麵的警察MM 抓住，開出罰200大。 請問我還有機會上法庭Dispute 嗎？有可能嗎？

慚愧，慚愧。第一次違規並路遇警察，毫無經驗，手足無措，欲哭無淚，求助大家。我在加拿大。
