Here is a good advise, I dont think you and your LG did the right thing. I think the moderator here agree with me. Next time, think through before you act. It will cost you more $$$ if you keep doing this.

Landlord and Tenant relationship is very complicated and hard to explain just in few words. Talk to the other party nicely and work something out rather than move around.
