I dont think attorney will go after Waltmart or factory because deep pocket is protected by team of lawyers. Plus, he has already admitted that he might made mistake during the final assembling process which possible result a unsafe condition. Since he is a home owner and home owner has $300K liability insurance build into the home owner insurance, it is easier to go after the $300K and make quick money.

I think he will be a bigger target than the seller or factory.
