租房問題（新進展）--請高手們多指教些該注意的事情﹕

劇情居然急速發展，本來今天是COURT DATE，房客卻在出庭前30分鐘，打電話來，要求SHARE搬家費。我們心中早就希望有一天是這樣﹕給她點錢然後送瘟神。（她藐視了法庭，沒出現）
（雖然心中氣憤非常，還是忍下來，打算接受她的敲詐勒索）

我現在想問的是﹕
付錢請她走，有什麼要注意的？比如，我知道一定不能將錢提前給她。還有呢？還有什麼要注意呢？
