我剛在一個項目中贏得了一個小獎，活動舉辦方寄來了幾份表格需要我填寫。其中有份表格需要公證。
裏麵內容讓我看的不很明白，你幫我看看，是否條件很苛刻呢？
第一段：主要是要求我在規定時間內返還洗表格
第二段：
should i be declared the winner of this prize, i agree to hold xxx,inc, and their parent companies, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of all prmotion materials and the directors,officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organizations harmless against any and all injury, losses or damages (including personal injury or death) of any kind, kidnapping or other accident beyond their control or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize sponsored in this promotion.

I also acknolodge that neither xxx inc, nor its agents have arranged for or carry any insurance of any kind for my benifit ot that of my heirs, executors and administrators relative to my use of the prize, and that i am soloely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property, health or other insurance relative to my use of the prize.


我看的不很明白，領到那小小獎金難道還需要對他們活動主辦方的各方麵人士負那麽多責任？
還是我理解的不對？
