很高興能出一些力。Man, or humans, have MADE themselvies stand "taller" than other creatures. But still, we are the ones ruining the planet, killing for fun and RELIGION! And, if what you say is correct, then it is up to US to take PROPER care of them.
The government needs to improve the Animal Welfare Act. If dogs are stepping all over each other obviously there's not enough space. Plus, they need to actually enforce the damn laws and stop using our tax dollars to fund puppy brokers. They are fueling a fire they are meant to put out. It's hypocrisy at it's finest. Bottom line... if they would actually enforce laws and apply fines they'd have the money to hire more inspectors. 120 inspectors is not nearly enough. MO & other puppymill states (PA & KS come to mind) should try taking care of the unwanted and used dogs after they have spent many years living in "GREAT KENNELS".This is abuse any way you look at it. An animal that is forced to live its entire life in a cage, and given only food and water and bred over and over again until they are no longer good is suffering. Take a look at the sad eyes of these dogs. Dogs need human contact. This a GREEDY Business for GREEDY people.
