Thank you so much for help! I browsed the http://www.edgarsnyder.com/statute-limitations/index.html and I did not see the item regarding 債務的追訴期. The city is Atlanta in Georgia . The loan amount is $13000. She borrowed the money in April 0f 2004. Could you please give me more help?!
