1. File a police report and list all the account.
2. forward copy of the police report to all creditors and ask them to remove your account and cancel the debt.
3. Identity crime is a federal matter and investigated by FBI. Your relative will face jail time even deportation.

There will be no way to save them because once they are out of jail they can do it again. Relatives sucks.
