you made me realize that we come from totally different perspective.
it's like a virtual courtroom. some people like to play the jury, some people like to play the attorney. which is great. i guess people need to realize they bear the risk of being judged upon if they bring their personal problem to a public forum like this. although personally, i really don't like that to happen because this will stop some people from getting help, i have no way of changing that.
if she is found guilty, she might not be able to drive for 2 month. depending on how important driving is to her, the stakes are potentially high. so i understand why she wants to contest. i did not encourage her to do so. but if she wants to, i encourage her to have a lawyer assisting her to minimize the risk. that's all. my own conclusion regarding her ticket is irrelevant.
