that you are in a country where administration and judicial are two separate branches.

your likelihood of success has nothing to do with their motive. you win if your argument has merits. so if you do have a valid argument, go right ahead and challenge it. just make sure it is a 'valid argument' under the law.

they will make money for sure, because most of people don't have a valid argument.
