it depends on your contract. It is hard to say simply based on what you posted. Since it involves a large amount of money, I would suggest you consult an attorney. That does not necessarily means you will go to court. You don't hire an attorney only for going to court. Mnay times an attorney will resolve the case without doing that. In this case, a real estate attorney should know how to handle this. Good luck.
