This is second time I was caught speeding in school zone this year. (Repeat offenders were not look good in the court)

Honestly, I did not notice that flashing yellow light both times, so I was 16 mph over the limit. (You are under the influence of drug make you not capable of operating as a driver.Plus you are repeat offender.)

I am taking medications that will cause confusion and problems in vision. (You just gave up your 5th amendment rights by admitting that you were actually DUI). Dr will not help you anyway (remember you are a possible child killer.)

What I am not sure is if I can prove I am innocent. (You showed no remorse)

I will be surprised that judge will let you walk away with a find. You need go to jail for both stupidity and ignorance.
