I think I have the right of the way since I have entered

the parking lot first. Now my problem is I do not have witness to prove I entered the parking lot before she is backing her car. But I was driving straight forward and she was backing up. No matter what, I have the right of the way. If I came into later, I should hit her instead she hit me. The only possibility is I drove very fast and she was backing very slow. In that case, there going to be a scratch in my car. Her police car also had a big dent, I think she was backing very fast.
