門前掛滿白色的厠紙條,是種族歧視?還是現今不好的大環境?

今早七點左右,女兒出門拍攝月亮(學校課題),看見前院掛滿白色的厠紙條,她認為有人開玩笑,就將厠紙取下.我看見她抱了一大堆厠紙進門,就問明情況,到前院一看,還有很少一部分掛在樹上,拍攝了幾張照片.中國人知道,掛滿白紙條是件不吉利的事.我們同鄰居從沒什麽爭執和密切來往,隻是路上碰見,打聲招呼.打電話給警察局,接電話的人認為不是什麽大問題.在此,想請教各位,有什麽好的主意.
