碰到一件可氣的事，想在這裏請教明白的人。

兒子的頭形睡偏了，去看了矯形診所。測量的結果正好在保險能夠cover的範圍的線上。醫生也開了preion. 就給他配了頭盔。花了約有３０００刀。矯形診所說他們不和保險公司打交道，但給了我們一些document,我們自己馬上報了保險。前兩天受到保險公司的信，說他們需要向診所要更多的信息，已經給診所發了信，但沒說要什麽信息。我們今天給矯形診所打電話，被告知，“We don't deal with insurance company”。診所就是把收到的信放到一個文件夾，不作任何處理。聽起來就是保險公司和診所都是按自己的policy做事，但對我們來說就是３０００刀的損失。一想到診所一封簡單的回信就可以給我們拿回這些錢，但他們卻不肯做，就覺得太冤。請問明白人，是不是就隻能forget about this $3000?
