It sounds as though you have been "put on notice" that the market does not want you on the premises. They have not charged you with shoplifting and therefore no effect on you. However, since you have been told not to go to the market take that as a warning. If you go back to the market they can file charges of trespassing and then you will need to face those criminal charges. You can be barred from a place of business - the way this was handled was legal and to your advantage at this point.
