象這種情況，你可以給當地警察局打電話，投訴有人私進你的住房。一般情況下，警察沒有明確的邀請，都不能進入私人的住房，除非有搜查證。你的房東不事先通知你，或取得你的同意(除非你的租房合同上事先說明了)，都不可以。

這樣的realtor 要麽是太沒經驗，要麽就是欺負你。沒有人會/“願意”犯這種錯誤。隻有口頭同意都不一定充分，房主說東西丟了就說不清了。你可以警告他/她，說要報警。
