friend is in China, that rules out many charities. I know UNICEF, CARE, and red cross all donate to developing countries, but all sepcific to certain conditions. you can also goole the charity for his type of disease, and contact them. I can't think a easy way, you just have to ask them one by one. also try to post on the website in china, you might get better luck.
