It is an offence to charge or attempt to charge a tenant, sub-tenant or prospective tenant any type of fee on top of the rent, such as a damage deposit.


這句法律條文是什麽意思呢? 是說房東不能收取房客除了房租外的其他任何費用, 不然就是犯罪?
