i don't really care about the money thing, it is not a big amount anyway. What really bothers me is the whole situation, i really want to know if there are any policies or rules can protect customers. I tried to talk to credit card company, they are nice but they told me debt collector was the only agent I can talk to since my account was already sold to them. The credit card company does not care about it anymore.
