請問老貓，我老公10幾年沒拿過罰單，前天晚上stop sign

沒停穩，就點了一下就開走了，整碰上個警察，請問該怎麽辦？說要上法庭，在法庭上要承認沒停還是說沒停穩，有人說要先認罪，可我老公卻時是停了就是沒停死。請問庭上怎麽說？謝謝
