I am in TX, community property law as well. I guess you have your own law in marriage, and you and your hu*****and have different understandings. In term of the family law of community property, you have to admit your hu*****and has the rights to use the money under your name if it is the incomes in the marriage. Even if you went to the court, I think it would be still arguable.
However, have you realized you might destroy his life if you sued him, and find him guilty. In my opinion, even if he did something really wrong like what you said, it was still an issue in your marriage which you gave the oath to commit, so keep it in your marriage, and seek the compensation when you decide to divorce, or work out an agreement to override the community property law.
