請教關於child care expense的退稅問題(form 2441)

我家老大去年上daycare用了3900刀,公司給了dependent care benefits 500刀.
是不是2441最多隻讓報3000刀,並且還要從3000刀裏麵扣除500刀,而不是從3900刀裏麵扣除500刀?
