Car accident

Someone hit my car in the parking lot (My car was not moving). She asked me to get estimated and call her. She would pay for the damage. She was nice so I believed her and did not ask for more information.

I tried to call the # she gave me and I was told I got wrong number.

I wrote down her plate #. Is there a way I can find her contact info? I am in NJ.
