請問斑主有關Schedules A第7項問題

Instructions for Schedules A&B 對Schedules A中第7項personal property taxes 的說明有這段解釋"You paid a yearly fee for the registration of your car." 本人不理解是什麽意思,難道可以填$36.00 (一部車)?車輛年注冊費不應該是稅啊?
