what's wrong with it? help please.

Two boxes with the same address and same name as mine on them came to my apartment, and one is packed with several books with payment bill, the other looks larger I am not sure and didnot open it.How can I deal with them? I donot place an order for them at all, any advice would be appreciated very much.
