結婚五年，第三年買了房子，當時老公隻放了他的名字，

現在他要回國發展，在什麽都沒談妥的情況下就要賣房子，請問，這應該算夫妻共同財產，如果我不同意的話這房子能賣嗎？還是隻要他一個人簽字就可以賣了？謝謝！
