閣樓地板下發現的古董

給閣樓裝隔熱材料時意外發現木板下藏著一包古董，不知道有沒有什麽價值。包裝的報紙是上個世紀四十年代的。這所老房子將近百年了，我是第三個房主。第二個房主是在70年代買的房，可以推論出是第一個房主藏的。
現在的問題是，我可以擁有這些古董嗎？
