要不要break lease，大家給個主意吧

因為工作的原因，lease 沒到期就relocate到另一個州。但當初簽lease的時候沒看pretermination clause----鬱悶----裏麵規定tenant不能pre-terminate lease, 沒有1 month notice之類的條款。跟landlord談了好幾次，都是“no，you will be responsible for the whole lease,...” 搬走前試過sublease但真的無人問津，到現在人在另一個州就更難了。結果現在每個月＄600還在出，房子是空著的，lease要到8月份才到期。在州landlord-tenant law裏查不到pre-termination的條款。現在在考慮要不要直接break lease, 不交房租，可這樣會不會被告到small court, 直接索賠剩下全部的房租呢？大家給點意見吧，愁死了。
