轉H-1的問題。

我在去年拿到了美國一公司的Offer，他們幫我申請了H-1b petition，也拿到了I-797 Approval。但是因為去年我還在J-1兩年限製裏，所以不能申請簽證過去。打算今年申請簽證的，對方律師說這樣沒問題，因為I-797三年有效。但是聽說這個公司有可能offer會作廢，也就是說我不能通過這個offer拿H-1b簽證了。請問這樣的情況，能有可能把這個I-797轉到別的公司去麽？謝謝。
