we've decided to take him to the small claim court. normally I would not have done that even if he lost my son's birth tape. but the person has been not just nasty. He actually indicated in one of the emails that he was mad at me for siding his exwife when they went through divoice. I sensed that he might be using this as a revange. I did help his wife while they went through divioce since she does not have any family in the area and does not have much money either. I let her stay with my family. I actually informed the guy first and he appreciated at the time. Anyway, I am highly suspicious that he is withholding the tape because of his so called anger.
