You have to have a real estate lawyer. He usually will write a letter to your next door to demand them to remove their stuffs from your property. Then you have legal base to sue them if they are not in compliance with your demand. Hopefully, they don't take action with your demand, then you can sue them to have the judgment against them and ask them to pay the lawyer fee in the sue as well.
